Family Fare Supermarket, Hastings
The extensive renovation and multiple additions to this store included a face lift, complete interior remodel and the addition of a drive thru pharmacy. This project was recently completed and is located in Hastings Michigan.

This 91 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is entering the construction phase and will be located in Grasslake, Michigan
Tendercare Health & Rehabilitation Center of Okemos
This 100 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center was recently completed. It is located on Marsh Road in Meridian Township. This facility is the forth in a series of new projects for Tendercare and is based on prototype we developed for the State's "Long Term Care Facility Innovative Design Supplemental Program".
COMING SOON: D&W Fresh Market, Village at Knapp's Crossings
This new supermarket for Spartan Stores is currently under construction at the corner of Knapp and The East Beltline in the City of Grand Rapids. It is the first building in the proposed Life Style Center "The Village at Knapp's Crossings"
Regency Health Care Center, Detroit, Michigan
This project is currently under construction and consists of a two story addition to an existing six story nursing home. The first floor will house a large multipurpose day room. The second floor will be used for physical and occupational therapy.
